1. Introduction
By accessing the cybersecurity services provided by Caldera Shield, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms of service. We don't take your safety lightly, and neither should you. Are you ready to fortify your digital borders? We hope so.
2. Software Use & Proactive Security
Our threat detection and antivirus support are proactive, meaning we're constantly scanning for the bad guys. However, you're granted a limited license to use the Caldera Shield hub for your personal or business devices. Don't try to reverse-engineer our shield code; that's just rude (and illegal).
3. Support Limits & Maintenance
We pride ourselves on 24/7 monitoring, but human support response times may vary during peak New York hours. Our "Virus Rescue" service is dedicated to cleaning infected systems, but we can't perform miracles on hardware that's already fried. Our team operates at 567 East 96th Street, New York, focusing on digital cleanup rather than motherboard repairs.
4. Liability & Responsibility
While we provide industry-leading threat detection, no security is 100% impenetrable. Caldera Shield shall not be liable for data loss during a malware removal process if backups haven't been maintained. We provide the bucket and the water; you've got to help us put out the fires.
